The worst types of irritations are the ones that keep you from doing something that you want and need. Mouth ulcers are in the top 5. It is not only irritating, but it is also painful. They are also known as canker sores. It is usually caused by stress, vitamin deficiencies, food allergies or food sensitivities etc. It is to be noted that once they appear, make sure to avoid spicy and acidic foods and drink lots of water.

 

Here are some ways to escape from the Tormenting Pain:

  • Salt Water Gargle:

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water. Gargle the mixture for 30 secs and spit it out and rinse with fresh water. Use this method at the first sign of ulcers as it relieves pain and speeds up the healing process.

 

  • Apple Cider Vinegar:

Mix a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar into a glass of water and gargle it. It can be swallowed too. It is both good for the digestive system as well as your mouth. Or you can start including it in your diet as substituting it as salad dressing etc.

 

  • Fenugreek Leaves:

Add one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds to a cup of cold water. Gargle it. Or add fenugreek to your diet by adding fenugreek leaves in your food.
