Supplies Needed –

  • ½ Tablespoon Cinnamon Powder. You can also use cinnamon sticks and boil it.
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Honey.
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda.
  • 1 Cup of Warm Water
  • A Spoon and A Bowl.


  • Take the bowl and add the cinnamon powder in it.
  • Squeeze out the juice from the lemon and add in the bowl.
  • Take raw honey to the mixture and then add baking soda.
  • Pour the warm water into the bowl and use the spoon to stir well.


It is prepared now. You can pour it into a bottle and cap it off tightly for storage for maximum two weeks.

Note – Instead of adding cinnamon powder and warm water separately, you can boil a few cinnamon stick in water and use that to prepare the mouthwash.

How To Use

After brushing your teeth in the morning, shake the bottle well and take 2-3 tablespoon of the mouthwash and swish a little bit and throw it out completely. Then wash your mouth with plain water.
